A Mandate can be used for any issue that the majority of your community needs addressed.
Our Oceans for Everyone Association is focussed on administering a Mandate regarding the proposed South Coast Marine Park, but you could create a community association that is dedicated to administering Mandates on behalf of your community for any issue.
